WORKING WITH ME

I'm glad you're here.

As a counsellor, my approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I won't try to fix your problems or tell you what to do, but I will provide a safe and empathic space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours to gain insight and a better understanding of yourself and your needs. This process can involve getting in touch with your inner resources and intuition to find clarity, this will provide a foundation for change. I may also challenge certain patterns or habits that I observe, always in a tentative and empathic way. Sometimes, I may ask you to complete a creative exercise between sessions to support the process.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Poland, but also spent two years living in Italy before settling in England. The experience of moving and living abroad has been instrumental in my personal and cultural identity development. Being away from my family and the familiar allowed me to view things from a different perspective and ask questions I might not have considered otherwise. This experience has given me a unique perspective and the understanding that redefining ourselves is a continuous process and an integral part of life.

My personal life experiences have shaped who I am today and influenced my work as a counselor. I bring this understanding and empathy to my work with clients.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
